Becoming familiar with the equipment

Office phone system training is vital to ensure that staff get the opportunity to get the maximum possible opportunity to make the most of the communications tool in front of them on the desk.

We provide bespoke office phone system training developed for each customer dependant on their needs and use a professional trainer acting independently of our engineering staff. The training will ensure that each office phone system UK wide, Avandda provides, is used to its optimum.

The objective is to leave all users feeling confident with the equipment and able to improve their productivity and customer handling skills. A dedicated trainer can ensure time & patience is spent satisfying your customer’s requirements for knowledge. A dedicated trainer can spend time ensuring your customer is getting the BEST out of their brand new telephone system.

Telephone system training

  • User training: call handling, any appropriate features
  • Admin training: Programming speed dials, extension names, clock, DSS keys
  • Programming: If required, programming any alterations that will benefit the end user (either on the office phone system itself or on the telephone handsets) can be done on your behalf.*
  • General: Where possible, I am happy to design, print off and insert labels (identifying DSS Keys) into the telephones.

Voicemail training

  • User training: Recording OGM’s, diverts, picking up messages, etc
  • Admin training: such as recording auto attendant messages
  • Programming: If required, programming any alterations that will benefit the end user (on the voicemail or auto attendant) can be done on your behalf.*

Call logging training

  • User training: All appropriate aspects of pulling off reports
  • Admin training: All appropriate aspects of any admin requirements
  • Programming:  If required, programming any alterations that will benefit the end user can be done on your behalf*
