Working practices changed for ever?

As Bob Dylan once said, “the times they are a changing!” and as we hopefully emerge out the other side of the Covid pandemic, it is difficult to see businesses operating in quite the same way again.

Pre-Covid there was already a gentle move towards working remotely and/or working from home but now it looks as if that trend is likely to accelerate.

Even if companies do return to office working as the primary modus operandi, the desire to provide flexibility, to reduce office spaces and bring down costs is likely to be too good to resist.
