  • Mobile phone rings several seconds after the office phone.
  • Mobile phone rings in particular time slots.

Whatever your location, callers are directed to you via the most appropriate device instantly.

Video and audio conferences

Video/Audio conferences can replace meetings and save valuable time and money. Team members can join and along with discussions, can share slides, documents and videos.

This feature is a part of our communications and collaboration tools which provide a seamless experience. For example, when a user is busy in a conference, his/her status will automatically switch to “busy”.

Our platform is web-based, which will allow team members or even clients to attend easily via a computer or mobile device without installing extra apps. Having to install extra apps complicates the user experience and causes delays at the beginning of the meeting, and may even prevent a user from participating at all.

In case an Internet connection is not available or reliable, it is also still possible for the user to attend the conference via a normal phone call.

Chat Conferences / Collaboration

Less invasive than a Video / Audio conference, our chat conference feature allows teams to remain updated during the day, share opinions and documents and discuss topics.

Our collaboration system chat conference allows tagging, this addition gives team members the freedom to mute notifications from a specific chat conference and get engaged to just those instances when a participant is requesting his/her opinion.

Chat messaging can be acquired with team members as well as external users (Customers or Prospects) via a link that can be added to your email signature, website or shared in any other way.
