Avandda offers you the choice from a wide variety of easy-to-use phone handsets. Including DECT wireless phones, VoIP phone handsets, etc. Each ergonomic terminal is designed to give individual users the appropriate feature set and access levels for their needs, whether that is a simple telephone, headset, portable terminal or fully featured phone handsets with LCD display and programmable functions.
Many phone handsets are available in either digital or IP-enabled configuration, providing exactly the same features and functionality to the user, whether they are connected to a traditional phone line, via the Internet as IP devices on the network infrastructure, or remotely via an external data connection, such as DSL.
Simple and stylish connections
Our display-phone handsets feature 48-character, 2-line scrollable LCD screen to display call and integral system information. This is enhanced by context-sensitive keys, which help users navigate effortlessly through the chosen phone system's features.
Office phone display handsets also incorporate programmable, soft keys with tri-coloured LED status indicators that can be used for speed dialling, one-touch feature keys and traditional 'lamp and key' working. Optional add-on modules can also be assigned to compatible handsets to provide 64 additional ‘soft keys’.
Avandda also provides standard digital and analogue handsets that are a cost-effective alternative for staff who do not require the use of an LCD display, ensuring everyone has their own point of contact and individual extension.
Appointment Reminder
Telephone handsets with an alarm key can remind you of meetings and appointments, with display phones capable of showing programmed message when alarm rings.
Directory Dialing
Display phone handsets allow the user to view, store and dial frequently used phone numbers. These telephone directories can be shared between phone system users, or held within a personal phone book.
Redialing
Three types of redialling are available:
1. ‘Auto-retry’ reserves an outside line, automatically redialling the required number up to the pre-programmed limit (network dependent),
2. ‘Last-number redial’ saves the last dialled number for trying again using the redial button
Call Forwarding
The phone handset is programmed so that if your extension is engaged or you are not available, calls are forwarded, either internally or externally, including to a mobile phone or home number.
Call Pick up
Using the call pick up facility, it is possible to programme the system so that users are able to answer each other's calls—ideal for open plan offices or group working.
On hook dialing
Calls can be made without lifting the handset, with the option of using the keyphone's integral microphone or the handset when the call is answered.
Call Waiting alert
Have you ever lost or forgotten an important call? Our handsets can indicate with a ring tone and flashing LED that a call is waiting when you are already on another call.
