Despite all the best laid plans, sometimes events outside anyone's control can damage your company's ability to communicate. We can work with client's to ensure that a suitable disaster recovery plan is in place planning for a range of risks.

If, for example, telephone lines in your area go down, we can quickly divert lines to an alternative location, even to a mobile. Where more than one line is affected we can offer alternative 'call centre' facilities to get your service up and running quickly.

In the unlikely event of hardware failure, we can make back up equipment available either on or off site, set up so that you can make a seamless transition from one to the other.

For mission critical systems we provide 'mirrored' systems where we maintain two identical installations at separate locations with one taking over in the event of an issue in either location.
