Testo already had Samsung telephone equipment which included 35 extensions and auto attendant. At the clients request we supplied them with an Avaya system with specific CTI integration software to their ‘SAP’ software system.
This SAP integration allows them to have automatic caller recognition on inbound calls. Also allows them to dial from various software packages on screen.
The system is also integrated with the main server which is located in Germany.
Testo moved from digital handsets to Avaya IP handsets which meant more flexibility in working from different workstations. Included in the system was an auto dialler which automatically extracts customer information, and dials the number from NMS adaptive.
