Metrohm, an advanced technology company, appointed Avandda to assist them with creating a new and effective voice and data network for their new UK Offices in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Working in conjunction with the office refurbishment contractor, Whitespace, we were responsible for delivering the entire voice data infrastructure.
This included populating the communications room with a voice and data cabinet all the appropriate hardware and installing a hybrid IP telephone system offering digital, analogue, IP and a mobile gateway facility covering the entire range of communications methods.
The system offered standard ‘must have’ features such as voice mail and caller ID.
To facilitate the installation, Avandda also handled moving of lines and installation of ISDN and analogue lines for the new offices.
Having re-located from Buckinghamshire to Runcorn the Avandda solution allowed the company to keep their existing telephone numbers to ensure business continuity with no disruption to their important clients and suppliers. This was achieved through the use of the latest SIP trunk technology.
Following the initial installation, the sales team for Ireland were seamlessly connected to the Runcorn system using VoIP technology
