Avandda adapts existing Samsung system at the Megaro Hotel.

Avandda was contacted through Megaro’s IT company to assist with linking their apartment hotel to the main hotel via line of site wireless link.

A site visit was carried out and their office office office office office Samsung Officeserv 7400 telephone system was assessed to ensure it had the expansion capability to incorporate the equipment required to link the two sites together – which was already in place.

We then added a VOIP card and programmed the system into the switches which connected to the wireless links. We supplied the additional licences for the front of house integration software which meant the additional site and complete billing/hotel management capability was run off the existing Megaro Hotel equipment reducing extra capital spend.
