Avandda is fully committed to the highest possible level of service standards from the moment you first enquire with us about business telephone systems. This continues when you become a customer and throughout our relationship with you into the future.

When you enquire via this web site, we will respond to you within 2 hours, during standard office hours. Assuming we have gathered sufficient information — either from a telephone conversation (or more often through a site visit) — we will provide you with a quotation within 48 hours. Where a site survey is required we aim to arrange this within 4 days to most parts of the UK mainland.

We offer and actively encourage full business phone system demonstrations, so that we can arrive at the appropriate functionality for you, and so you know exactly how the system we are proposing will work. This phone system demo can be arranged at our offices or on-site if required.

Once appointed, we offer a highly detailed pre-programme meeting. This is usually a minimum of 2 hours, and longer for large systems. During this meeting we go through all aspects of your requirements to help ensure that when your telephone system is installed, it is 'right first time', with the minimum of downtime and post-installation re-programming or amendment.

We also ensure that all aspects of the telephone system installation are taken care of — making sure that lines are correctly assessed and made available, organising moves where necessary, and importantly — liaising with line providers to ensure seamless transfer. We pride ourselves on turning up when we promised to, and staying on site until you are happy with the installation.

It doesn't stop there. We make sure that your employees are given enough training to continue their work without disruption — we usually return a few days later to help with any issues and take any training issues to the next level.

After sales is equally important to us and we maintain close ongoing relationships with our clients to help them make the most of their investment, offering maintenance contracts where required.
