Ground floor system for IFS
Avandda has recently completed the installation of a telephone system for Industrial Flooring Services.
The project was instigated as a result of bringing together several business brands in one office. Direct dial was offered to key personnel so that customers could bypass the reception system. Call identity on handsets would allow staff to know under which company name to answer the call. This allowed calls, which the system overflowed from one sales force into another at peak times, to be answered appropriately. To complete the picture, voice mail messages were branded accordingly to give a much better and consistent impression of the company.
