Venture House entertain Avandda

The Venture House Hotel Group have recently appointed Avandda to an exciting new project to provide new telephone systems across three hotels in the group.

The project initially involves providing high-speed broadband access to the hotels covering over 60 hotel rooms and six conference suites. By providing voice calls over the Internet, all three hotels could be connected to the same system with free calls between them. Not only did this save considerable cost but also enabled overflow calls at peak times to be re-routed to a less busy reception in one of the other hotels to improve customer service.

The hotels are confident of attracting an additional occupancy as a result of being able to offer state of the art communications to their guests and also look to increase conference business, particularly amongst high tech customers keen to have Internet access available for conferences and training.
