Red Cross choose Avandda
 Avandda are delighted to announce that they have won a contract to supply three British Red Cross offices with linked telephone systems. This will allow hard pressed staff a more streamlined system, with calls routed more effectively. It is intended that this will allow some current receptionist staff to be re-deployed on valuable and more rewarding charity work and also allow inbound callers to be directed more speedily to the relevant department.
