ADR repair centres
 ADR, headquartered in Chesterfield has 10 sites. Under the ADR name they have three sites in Chesterfield, single sites in Rotherham, Nottingham, Pontefract, Leicester, Derby, Macclesfield and one site under Motorsport in Chesterfield.
They have approximately 180 extensions across the 10 sites connected by Megastreams for voice and data traffic.
Prior to talking to Avandda they had a Siemens HiPath 3750 telephone switch. They'd had the switch for 5 years but the switch had reached its capacity and Siemens no longer supported the handsets and the licensing.
In early 2007 ADR needed to replace their system and were advised by the company that did their cost consulting (Ashurst Consultancy from Warrington) that Avandda offered excellent service and value for money.
Avandda recommended a Samsung 7400 system with all but 14 extensions on IP telephony. The 14 were left as analogue to be used as fall back phones. Calls between sites are made over the internet giving more free capacity on the Megastreams for business critical data transfer.
