'Advise Me' are a group of specialist mortgage brokers providing mortgages for the self-employed and those with adverse credit history.
Having made a decision to relocate to larger premises, they decided to review their communication needs.
Impressed by Avandda's understanding of their operation and particular requirements, Advise Me instructed us to create a new voice and data network for the new system. The company had been tied to a restrictive BT feature line facility, which Avandda was able to upgrade to a more suitable and cost effective solution.
The new telephone system not only allowed them to better handle incoming calls through auto-attendant features, direct dial and voice mail but also had a particularly important extra benefit for the company.
As with all mortgage brokers, their industry requires rigorous compliance standards. For example, all clients must give permission to conduct financial background searches. Traditionally this would involve sending documentation for signature and return. By using the call recording, Advise ME can now record verbal permission and attach the .wav file to the electronic customer file, reducing paper and importantly vital time.
