DATS are a specialist recruitment company, based in Warrington, specialising in construction and engineering vacancies.

As with all recruitment companies, communication is at the very core of their operation, where discretion and client confidentiality are paramount.

Moving into refurbished offices, the company chose Avandda, working with their IT support team, to create a new data network of 70 Cat 5 connected phone points.

It was clear that direct dial numbers to each consultant would be required with individual voice mailboxes. Particularly important in an industry where by necessity a certain amount of communication is conducted out of office hours. Auto attendant was also employed to ensure that enquiries, clients and applicants were directed to the appropriate department when they phone.

Avandda were also able to recommend a call record facility so that digital records of important telephones could be kept on file.
