OGI Groundwater Specialists employ geological and engineering skills to ensure environmentally friendly solutions to a wide range of ground water problems.

They have recently moved to new headquarters in Durham, The brand new purpose built eco-friendly building uses a geothermal Heat Pump System and produces neither polluting emissions nor any waste product. With 12-15 staff and only previous experience of an analogue telephone system, Avandda were invited to provide them with an appropriate telephone system that would be future proof going forward.

We chose to spend considerable time at the outset establishing their precise requirements and looking at all aspects of the business. With staff often out on site, it was clear that voice mail would be used and the Samsung OfficeServ 7200 was recommended. 15 extensions were added to a CAT5 network to serve 15 staff members. Extensive training was then carried out to ensure that the full benefits of the system could be utilised by the staff.

OGI Groundwater Specialists management have been delighted with the move and were quick to point out that they had actually enjoyed the whole experience. They were unsure of the new technology available and found Avandda to present the information well and go through what was available with patience and knowledge, offering a system tailored to their business, which is easy to use and maintain.
